2 relay teams from RSCAC (Under 13 boys and Under 15 boys) were at the Muller Grand Prix at Birmingham’s Alexander Stadium on Sunday, competing against the best in the country. It was a fantastic experience to compete at the same event as Adam Gemili, Dina Asher-Smith and KJT!relayu13boysu15s

Open Track and Field Competitions

Posted: July 29, 2019 by megsamaniac in Uncategorized

If you’d like some extra competitions over the summer, here are a list of local(ish) open competitions.  You enter yourself and compete purely for times / distances instead of also gaining points for the club.  In some cases there are closing dates meaning you have to enter one or two weeks beforehand, so make sure you explore each one carefully. Good luck! If you know of any others that haven’t been included on the list, please let us know.

If you wish to travel further to compete, a full list of competitions cane be found on the Power of 10 website: https://www.thepowerof10.info/fixtures/fixtureslookup.aspx

A massive well done to all the Under 13s and Under 15s who competed at Leicester on Sunday in the first competition of the year. There were PBs a plenty with many top 3 finishes.

On-the-day announcements, stated we finished 3rd overall, which puts us in a great place on the league table.

We are still waiting for the official results to be published. Keep checking here to get the results when released:

A massive thanks to all the parents, supporters and helpers who also braved the cold for the day.
