Very well done to the RSCAC athletes who took won awards at last night’s Sutton Coldfield Sports Awards.
Isabel Thomas-Male won the Grassroots Junior Female Award.

The second winner from RSCAC was Donald Brown who won Veteran Sports Person of the Year. Donald won three gold medals and a relay silver at the European Masters Champs in Venice, Italy, with a new British record in the 100m Hurdles to add to his M50 British record. He started the year by winning the 60m Hurdles at the World Masters Indoors in Torun Poland. Here is a brief summary of his 2019 performances.

The third winner from RSCAC was Nicholas Pryce – Male Sports Person of the Year.
A great season for Nicholas in which he took 2nd place in the English Champs and represented England at the Home Counties International in the 200m and the 4x100m and made it through to the semifinals of the 200m in the recent British Champs. He set new PBs in the 60m and the 100m and was unbeaten in the 100m, 200m and 400m in the League. Here is a brief summary of his 2019 performances.
