The senior men and women’s teams were off to a good start at the first cross country race of the season last Saturday at Leamington Spa.

Andrea Deathridge finished at a fantastic 35th place and 6th overall in the Master’s category.
Helen Elsouedi celebrated her first Xross country for the club in a commendable 181st position which promises a lot.

The men’s team battled through a field of 236 runners.
They showed great strength in depth by aligning 17 runners – almost 3 complete teams, including  2 juniors joining our ranks and boosting results all-round.

The A team scored a low 204 points to finish in 5th place on the day out of 17 teams, whilst the B team finished 5th as well in the B rankings.
