A number of members of the long distance squad had great races at Wrexham on Sunday.
Mark Rickards ran a PB time of 1’22:59 to finish in 12th place at the Wrexham Half Marathon.
Paul Terleski ran strongly to finish in 15h position in a time of 1’23:39.
In the marathon race, in a 200-strong field, Russell Simpson capped off a strong winter by finishing 4th overall, and 3rd in his age group, in a time of 2’48:10.
Steve Marklew showed he is getting back into decent shape by finishing 17th overall, and 3rd in his age group, in a sub-3 hour time of 2’57:18.
