Well done to Elsa Buchanan, who won a gold under 11 Heart of England medal for long jumpand a bronze for the 600m. She joined the other rscac athletes of Joe Creed, Freya Liddington and Evan Pritchard, who collected their medals last weekend.20140905_190616
