The March 100 Club draw was made in the clubhouse last Thursday and here are the results:

7 Pools Run – 25 March
Whilst the cross country season may be coming to an end there’s still one more chance to get some mud on those winter trainers. The 7 Pools Run takes place this Sunday in the Park. The race starts at 11am (don’t forget that the clocks change!) and limited entries are being taken on the day (£10). A number of members of the senior squad will be running – the more the better. 100 club prize draw – 29 March
The next 100 club prize draw will take place on 29 March in the club house after training. The prizes for the March draw are as follows:
- 1st prize – £50.00
- 2nd prize – £30.00
- 3rd prize – £25.00
- 4th, 5th and 6th prizes – £15

Sainsbury’s vouchers are now being collected at the coffee bar
Hi all,
Please bring all your Sainsbury’s vouchers to the athletics club so we can get some new athletics equipment. The vouchers are now being collected at the coffee bar. Make sure you ask nans, grandads, uncles, aunts, cousins, friends and neighbours for their vouchers too!

Nadine Okyere selected for World Indoor Championships
Congratulations to Nadine Okyere who has been selected for the World Indoor Championships in Istanbul in March. Nadine, who runs for Birchfield, is a member of Joe Caines successful training group. Her selection follows some fantastic performances at the UK Trials and the Aviva Grand Prix. Details of the team are available here.
2012 Aviva Series Tickets
Tickets for the 2012 Aviva Series will be going on pre-sale on 18 February. The dates of events are as follows:
- 2012 Trials – Alexander Stadium (22nd – 24th June)
- London Grand Prix – Crystal Palace (13th – 14th July)
- Birmingham Grand Prix – Alexander Stadium (26th August)
