No Sprints Squad training tomorrow (Thurs 13th Dec) and no long jump/hurdles training on Fri 14th Dec

The track is being cleaned today, tomorrow and Friday, so we are unable to use it. The distance groups will go running on the roads, but us sprinters, long jumpers and hurdlers really need a track. So there is no sprint training tomorrow.

Also, it is the monthly Sportshall competition on Friday at Stockland Green Leisure Centre, 7.15pm till 9.45pm, for athletes in school year 6 to school year 10.
