Congrats to Mel Woodward who won the Aldridge 10k at the weekend. Her winning time was 38.31. Other runners in action were Mark Rickards who ran a PB of 37.03 to finish 11th, Simon Corker who was 21st (39.07) and Steve Pitt who was 47th in 42.33.
