John Wilmott sessions have now finished. See you all at the track tonight. 6 – 7.45pm.
A number of our top athletes braved the rain to race at a muddy Wollaton Park at the weekend. The top performances came from Georgia Curry who finished 3rd in the U20W race and Shaun Evans who was 4th in the U20M race. Our U13 girls were our highest placed team finishing in 5th place. Well done to everyone who raced.

Six RSCAC under 11s were selected to represent Birmingham today in Sportshall Athletics. They all did superbly. The girls team finished in second place and the boys team won.
Well done to all of the Birmingham Team and a special well done to RSCAC athletes: Alfie, Jayden, Joe, Harrison (Boys’ Captain), Evie and Phao.
Well done to Katie Ingle (Female Sports Person of the Year), Muninder Singh Hayer (Achievement in Disability Sports) and Isabel Male (Grassroots Junior Person of the Year) for winning prizes at the Sutton Sports Awards last night.
I wanted to thank everyone for their patience during the RSCAC clubhouse refurbishment. Particular thanks to Bunny Kyd for all the time he has invested in planning and managing this improvement to our clubhouse facilities.
Our new facilities are nearly ready (just awaiting drains connection via the council). I would also particularly like to thank the kind person who has sponsored our interim toilet facility, our porta loo, this has been greatly appreciated.
Many thanks, Alex Buchanan, committee chair
Well done to ALL the athletes who competed in tonight’s Sportshall. We had so many 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishes and many other PBs.
Good luck to all those who are competing in tomorrow’s cross country.
